Refund Policy

Universal Business Council, a council operated and administered by Tosh Innovations Private Limited, is committed to delivering professional education in business, technology, and emerging digital disciplines. Our programs and services are made available through both online and offline channels. By enrolling in or purchasing any offering provided by Universal Business Council, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.

Universal Business Council provides educational services only. We do not provide financial advice, investment strategies, or trading recommendations of any kind.

  1. Payment and Enrollment

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a written agreement issued by Universal Business Council, full payment is required at the time of enrollment or registration for any program, certification, training, or related service.

Certain offerings may include a limited trial window. Such access is granted only upon explicit request and is intended to allow prospective participants to evaluate whether the program meets their expectations, requirements, and learning objectives prior to purchase. Participants are strongly encouraged to make use of any available trial access before completing payment.

  1. Activation of Access

Following successful payment authorization and clearance, access to the relevant learning materials, digital platforms, certifications, or associated services will be activated.

Due to the immediate allocation of digital resources, intellectual property, and program access, all purchases are considered final once access has been granted. As a general rule, Universal Business Council does not provide refunds, whether partial or full, after activation of course resources.

  1. Exceptional Refund Consideration

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Universal Business Council may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider refund requests submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the original date of purchase.

To be eligible for such consideration:

  • The request must be submitted within the seven day period
    • The request must be directed to the official support channel designated by Universal Business Council
    • The request must include the purchaser’s identifying details and the reason for the request

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. Each request will be evaluated individually by the support and compliance team. Decisions rendered following such review shall be final and binding.

Refund requests received after the seven day period will not be reviewed or processed under any circumstances.

  1. Violations and Restricted Conduct

If Universal Business Council determines that a participant has engaged in conduct that violates our Terms and Conditions, community guidelines, intellectual property protections, or any activity categorized as restricted conduct, the participant may face suspension or termination of access.

In such cases, the participant will not be eligible for any refund, credit, or compensation of any kind.

  1. Policy Acceptance

By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any program, service, certification, or digital resource provided by Universal Business Council, the participant affirms acceptance of this Refund Policy and agrees to be legally bound by its terms.
